Once I’ve setup my account, can I start making calls right away?

Of course! Our easy setup process will have you up and running in less than 30-45 minutes.

What kind of hardware do I need to start?

Since we are a fully web-based software, all you need is a PC or Apple computer, Chrome web browser, headset and access to high-speed bandwidth.

Is there a limit to how many calls I can make per month?

Our all-in-one pricing means just that! We do not charge any extra fees for VoIP calls.

Does LEAP handle outbound and inbound calls?

Yes. Our blended VoIP system can handle both types of call routing.

Are there any extra fees?

There are no hidden fees in our monthly subscription.

Can I make international calls?

We currently only support North American calls for the time being.

Is there a contract?

No contracts! Your CRM subscription is on a month-to-month basis. Virtual agents have a minimum booking of 1 week.

Can I use my own prospect lists?

Absolutely! We encourage you to upload your existing customer base so that our deduping system can cross-reference any future prospects/leads.

What is Staffing on demand?

Staffing on demand are our in-house Customer Service Representatives, ready to represent your business. Our pool of highly qualified CSRs is trained specifically for your company.

I’ve never used a CRM and VoIP, how long does is take so setup?

We’ve made the CRM and VoIP system very easy to set up. It usually takes about 15-20 minutes.

Do I need to download the software?

There is no need to download any software. LEAP is completely web-based, from our CRM to the VoIP system.
